- How long does shipping take?
- Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery anywhere in India is 3–6 business days. Tracking is sent to your email and SMS once dispatched.
- Do you ship outside India?
- Not at the moment — we ship pan-India only. International is on the roadmap.
- What's the return window?
- Easy returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and with original tags. Innerwear and final-sale items can't be returned.
- How are refunds processed?
- Refunds land in your original payment source within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
- Can I exchange for a different size?
- Yes. Raise an exchange from your order page within 7 days. We'll arrange a pickup and dispatch the replacement when the original arrives at our warehouse.
- How do I find my size?
- Each product page has a size guide with body measurements in cm. When in doubt, size up for hoodies and keep tees true-to-size.
- Are your products restocked?
- Most core pieces are restocked. Limited drops are marked at checkout — once sold out, they don't come back.
- How do I track my order?
- Tracking links are emailed at dispatch. You can also view live status under your account → orders.
