Shipping & returns

Shipping

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Standard delivery anywhere in India: 3–6 business days.
  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat ₹49 logistics fee applies at checkout.
  • Tracking link is emailed and sent via SMS once your parcel is handed to iThink Logistics.
  • We currently ship only within India.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 daysof delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. To start a return, go to your order page and select "Return". A pickup is arranged at no extra cost.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear and socks
  • Items marked as Final sale at checkout
  • Items damaged by misuse or wash

Exchanges

Size exchanges are free within 7 days, subject to stock availability. The replacement dispatches once the original item arrives at our warehouse and passes quality check.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Cash-on-delivery refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer.

Damaged or wrong item

Email hello@auradrip.in within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
